GIFT CERTIFICATES:

* Our Gift Cards are available in any denomination for any occasion. We will not replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.

GRATUITIES

* Tipping is always left to the dIscretion of our client. We don’t accept gratuities on your Credit Card, Gift Card or Check.

PERSONAL VALUABLES

* Please arrange for your valuable belongings prior to your visit with us. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items.

SALON POLICIES

*Dear customers, all Artificial Nails and Gel Manicure services are guaranteed for only 7 days after you get your services. Please give us a call to arrange your appointment with the same technician to fix it with the same color. If you change your color you will be charged for a new color change. *We do not guarantee any service with regular polish will last after 2 days.

APPOINTMENT

*To ensure you get an appointment with the technician you want, we strongly recommend scheduling your next service prior to leaving the salon.
*We advise that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to soak  off your old (Gel and Acrylic) nails and handle any paperwork if you are a first time client. This will also give you time to check-in, pick out your color and unwind with a cup tea and coffee.

CANCELLATION FEE

*Call to cancel your appointment 24 hrs. before you are scheduled. If you fail to cancel 24hrs. In advance prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for paying 20% of your services. Failure to pay this fee will effect your ability to book any future appointments with us.

LATE ARRIVAL

*Unfortunately, late arrivers will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
